There is little or no reason to discuss politics or religion on a personal homepage. Every possible argument has been worn out and no one has ever been influenced thouroughly by the opinion of a single person. Your opinion on any given debate is as pointless and unbending as mine. If I decided to argue about my political affiliation or my religious beliefs I may as well include some links to microsoft.com or yahoo.com. Why not include a picture of my cat while I'm at it? Too much of the internet is filled with meaningless tripe such as this. Also, you might notice how my page is not just a big list of links to my favorite pages. Perhaps people who have no content should just NOT make webpages. It seems like the great majority of personal pages are totally bereft of new content ; instead relying on the content of other pages to define the writer through the efforts of others. Then there are those pages where the writer is an HTML genius, but his page is nothing more than an elaborate graphical interface to a whole bunch of nothing. I enjoy the internet because of its ability to provide me with experiences that are fresh and new. Enjoy my big page of CRAP. I hope I can provide you with something you hadn't thought of. Make your own page of crap and keep your girlfriend's picture , your resume', and your inane ideas about the truth about the universe off of it.
Say something that hasn't been said before or just keep your ingesting hole closed.
